Rowing with Avon

We invite school leaver and adult rowers to join us for the 2022- 2023 club season starting in September. All levels of experience are welcome.

At Avon we aim to provide the best that rowing can offer – a supportive and social environment, experienced coaches, affordable fees, and the opportunity to choose how competitive you want to be. Our crews compete at local, regional, national and international regattas, and there’s an established pathway for talented athletes to row for New Zealand at age group and elite level.

We offer learn-to-row programmes in spring and autumn. Join us for your first rowing experience!
