Starting from the 1st of April 2024, the Avon Rowing Club's Winter Program will run until the 31st of August 2024.

The program cost is $75 for full paid members of the Avon Rowing Club during the 2023-24 season, and $150 for new members. The fee covers winter coaching, access to boats and ergs.

In addition, there will be strength and conditioning (S&C) sessions at UC from 6:30-8am on Tuesday and Thursday, which come at an additional cost. A UC S&C coach will provide supervision.

The exact cost is still to be confirmed, but it will not exceed $250 for the full winter.
